Senior Consultant – Public Sector

The job

As Senior Consultant – Public Sector at Cedar Consulting, you will join a team that owns its roadmap end to end. You'll design, build and ship work that reaches real users every week, collaborate closely with product and design, and mentor teammates along the way. What you'll do: • Own projects from discovery to delivery • Raise the bar on quality and craft • Share knowledge through reviews, pairing and documentation • Contribute to hiring and onboarding

Preferred experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience • Strong skills in Strategy, Public policy, French, Stakeholder management • Clear written and spoken communication • You care about the people who use what you build

Recruitment process

1. 30-minute intro call with the hiring manager 2. Practical case or technical interview (90 min) 3. Team fit interview with two future colleagues 4. Offer within 48 hours of the final step
